We just shipped a proper documentation hub on poolhallmaster.com/docs — step-by-step guides tied to how the iOS app, TV displays, and portal actually behave, not generic “how to run a business” filler.
This blog is different. Here you will find shorter, opinionated pieces: habits that work on a busy Friday, how we think about waitlists and fairness, notes when we ship something meaningful, and occasional deep dives that do not belong in a reference doc.
