3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent's or guardian's permission to use the Service.

4. User Accounts and Registration

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL POOL HALL MASTER, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill

  • Service interruption

  • Computer damage or system failure

  • Cost of substitute services

This applies whether such damages arise from:

  • Your use or inability to use the Service

  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers

  • Any bugs, viruses, or similar components transmitted through the Service

  • Any errors or omissions in any content

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

15. No Agency Relationship

No agency, partnership, joint venture, employer-employee, or franchiser-franchisee relationship is intended or created by these Terms or your use of the Service.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced to the fullest extent under law.

17. Waiver

  • Participating venues may have their own terms, policies, and rules that apply to your visit

  • Waitlist estimates are approximate and subject to change

  • Venues reserve the right to refuse service in accordance with their own policies

15. No Agency Relationship

No agency, partnership, joint venture, employer-employee, or franchiser-franchisee relationship is intended or created by these Terms or your use of the Service.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced to the fullest extent under law.

17. Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms will be effective only if in writing and signed by Pool Hall Master.
