A tour of Account & Settings

Where to find every configuration screen in Pool Hall Master, organized by section.

The settings hub is called Account & Settings. Open it from the user row in the sidebar (iPad) or from the avatar in the toolbar (iPhone). Every configurable thing in Pool Hall Master lives here, organized into a handful of sections.

This page is a map — each section links out to the dedicated guide that explains it in depth.

Most configuration lives under Account & Settings — the same surface on iPhone, with a tighter layout.

Account

Your personal profile and PIN.

  • Update Name — change the name shown in the app.
  • Update PIN — set or change a PIN for staff sign-on.

This Device

  • Device Name — give this iPad or iPhone a friendly name (e.g. Front Desk iPad) so it’s identifiable in activity logs.

Business Setup

  • Business Profile — your pool hall name, address, contact info.
  • Theme Color — the brand color used across the TV displays and player passes.
  • Logo — upload a logo for the same surfaces.

Customers (visible to Management and above)

  • Customer Database — the same data behind the Directory tab.
  • Merge Duplicates — clean up duplicate player records.
  • Import / Export — bring in a CRM or back up your data.
  • Membership Types — define your membership tiers (see Memberships).
  • Player Portal — settings for the public player site at phmapp.io/{slug}.

Tables & Pricing (Management and above)

  • Table Configuration — number of tables, default hourly rate, tax, flat-rate mode, global player rate tiers.
  • Table Types — up to four custom table types (e.g. Tournament 9-Foot, Bar Box) each with its own size, brand, rate, and tier overrides.
  • Rate Rules — time-based pricing rules (happy hour, weekday lunch specials, late-night discounts).

  • Maintenance Intervals — schedule re-felting, re-tipping, and other recurring upkeep per venue.

Staff & Security (owner only)

  • Staff Management — invite staff with role Viewer, Staff, or Management.
  • Security & PIN Lock — toggle PIN-locking the app between users.

  • Subscription — manage your plan.
  • App Health Dashboard — diagnostic info.
  • Version — the app version.

Danger Zone

  • Reset All TV Displays — force every paired TV to reload.
  • Sign Out.
  • Reset Pool Hall (owner only) — wipes your venue back to a clean state.
